First session we uncover and explore your goals and aspirations in life, your personal values, what motivates you. We will create your impact persona.

Second session we assess your current career capital and translate this so it becomes evident how it can be applied for impact in your desired sector.

your transition plan
Third session we are going to agree on actions and build a detailed career transition plan for achieving short, medium and long-term career goals.

GETTING READY FOR ACTION
Fourth session we create and practice your elevator pitch and other materials to effectively communicate your career goals and value proposition.
The 4-step program consists of four 1hr sessions spread out over several weeks/months including pre- and post-session homework and email and text message support

My name is Robert Boer and I was stuck in a meaningless career. Around 10 years ago this almost resulted in a burn out.
