Rather than just relying on your resume and cover letter to show your value-add, we demonstrate your skills and expertise by creating an unique value project for the companies and people you want to engage with. GETTING READY FOR ACTION
You are clear about the impact you want to achieve with your career and you are ready for action. You have one or more opportunities lined up and you want to prepare for maximum results. We review and improve your LinkedIn profile, resume and cover letter. We prepare your answers to the most common questions and practice your interview.
The 4-step program consists of four 1hr sessions spread out over several weeks/months including pre- and post-session homework and email support.

My name is Robert Boer and I was stuck in a meaningless career. Around 10 years ago this almost resulted in a burn out. Not because I couldn’t handle the responsibility or the hours; my career diverted so much from what I really cared about, that I experienced something similar to an identity crisis.
Up until then, I had a very traditional career starting in banking and making it to senior manager at a top consulting firm in my early thirties. But oh my, what was I unhappy.
